On Fire is a disease usually acquired by standing in fire. Each turn in raging fire adds it for 5 turns. The Thermal Dissipation bionic protects you completely from this effect.
This condition can also can be acquired for 8 turns from a tripod robot's or tankbot's flamethrower attacks. Thermal Dissipation does not protect you from these attacks.
