Once this item is activated, it will begin to count down to explosion like a normal grenade, however, it has a range of random effects that can occur inside the radius in which it explodes. The random effect is announced by the game when the grenade explodes: the announcement window will read "REVERTS!!", "BUFFS!!", "NERFS!!", or "BUGFIXES!!", and the explosion color will change based on which effect occurs.
"REVERTS!!" (purple explosion) appears to reset your health to maximum, set your hunger and thirst to default values, and remove all mood modifiers, both positive and negative.
"BUFFS!!" (green explosion) appears to add several points to each of your stats, and these changes appear to be permanent.
"NERFS!!" (red explosion) appears to damage every body part quite severely, and lower your stats (also apparently permanent). It does not appear that any body part's health can be reduced to 0 from a "NERFS!!" Granade.
"BUGFIXES!!" (blue/teal explosion) does not appear to do anything at this point. It might potentially remove "none" objects from your inventory.
