Starting locations can be chosen at the final description screen in character creation with / and include House, Grocery store, Gun store, Garage, Pawn shop, Bank, Military surplus, Furniture store, Furniture store, Library, Book store, and no other locations. Starting conditions are adjusted by FIRE_START, and no other flags.
