This scenario costs -8 points (negatives add to the pool) and affects the skill points pool in multiple pool character creation. Only Almost all, and no other professions are allowed.These professions are restricted from being used with this scenario: Bionic Patient, and no other professions are restricted. Starting locations can be chosen at the final description screen in character creation with / and include House (92 variants), Grocery store (2), Garage (6), Furniture Store, Library (3), Bookstore (3), School, Church (4), Church (4), Cemetery (3), Zoo (Giftshop and Cages), Golf Course (mid course and clubhouse), and no other locations. Starting conditions are adjusted by FUNGAL_INFECTION, CHALLENGE, LONE_START, and no other flags.

- Bionic Patient profession is restricted due to starting with Blood Filter bionic which would easily cure the infection.
