While almost any creature can appear when you are hallucinating, the ones listed here are those who only appear as hallucinations.

NPC

Player can hallucinate NPCs. They can be talked to and recruited as followers, but will refuse to do anything useful, such as fight, trade or start faction camps. To check if follower is real, talk to them C ask to check their abilities and check their profession right to their name.
