In gameplay terms, Unearthed horrors are not a distinct species or faction like Netherworld inhabitants are, but are instead unified by being unique to specific underground locations. Unearthed monsters are however the only representatives of the Horror and Unknown species, and form a high proportion of the Aberration species in the game.
