Reclusive, evil cultists that not only succumbed to the blob like other people, but also have supernatural mutations as well. Can be found in unmarked houses in forests. Wear a tinfoil hat so they can't get you if you're paralyzed by the blood sacrifice...
Of the Cult monsters, only dementias and blood sacrifices actually spawn anywhere in vanilla, and in 0.E Experimental and onwards the two unused monsters have been marked obsolete.
