This is a light clothing item made of kevlar and plastic, which covers 90% of your mouth and eyes, and which has no storage capacity. It doesn't occupy too much space, encumbers you a bit, and will provide some warmth to the areas it covers.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and moderate protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.
It reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus).
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and kevlar plates.
