This is a very heavy clothing item made of kevlar and cotton, which covers 95% of your torso, arms and legs, and which has moderate storage capacity. It is extremely bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will keep the areas it covers quite warm.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.
It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, dramatically reduces your chances of getting wet, will increase warmth for your hands if they are cold and you aren't wielding anything.
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and kevlar plates.
