It offers moderate protection against bashing attacks and high protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.

Notes
Low encumbrance for a body armor. Offers good cut and bash protection, but a bit less bash protection than plate armor. Great for light but protective armor. Material should be easy to get by killing giant spiders in house basements. You do need quite a bit of tailoring skill, though.
