This is a somewhat heavy clothing item made of kevlar and nomex, which covers 100% of your feet, and which has no storage capacity. It is bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will provide some warmth to the areas it covers.

It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering good protection from environmental hazards.

It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, dramatically reduces your chances of getting wet, is more resistant to damage.
