This is a heavy clothing item made of plastic, which covers 100% of your legs, torso and arms, and which has no storage capacity. It is somewhat bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will keep the areas it covers barely warm.

It offers very low protection against bashing attacks and very low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering good protection from environmental hazards.

It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, dramatically reduces your chances of getting wet, will increase warmth for your head if your head is cold and you aren't wearing a helmet (a headgear of a material that is not wool or cotton), prevents covered body part from getting wet in the rain.

This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and plastic chunks.
