 Tough yet light leather boots. Very durable and comfortable. 

This is a light clothing item made of leather and plastic, which covers 90% of your feet, and which has no storage capacity. It doesn't occupy too much space, encumbers you a bit, and will keep the areas it covers very warm.

It offers very low protection against bashing attacks and very low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.

It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, dramatically reduces your chances of getting wet.

This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the tailoring skill, by using a sewing kit or bone needle and leather patches.

You can activate this item to put a knife-like item inside it (useful if you're reaching the item limit).
