This is a very light clothing item made of nomex, which covers 100% of your feet, and which has no storage capacity. It doesn't occupy too much space, doesn't encumber you at all, and will keep the areas it covers barely warm.
It offers very low protection against bashing attacks and very low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.
It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus), has less clothing layering penalty, is more resistant to damage.
This clothing item can not be repaired, fitted nor reinforced.
