Intoxicant: Other is a disease given by some drugs. It decreases intellect and perception by 1.
Marijuana grants it for 60 turns (90 with the Lightweight trait). It also increases the painkiller counter by 5 (up to a maximum of 15) and hunger by 8.
Cocaine grants it for 21-[current strength] turns (+20 turns with Lightweight). It also decreases hunger by 8.
NPCs are less trustful of high characters.
This disease can be detected by Blood Analysis and removed by Blood Filter bionics or thorazine.
