“ A clothing item ”
This is a somewhat heavy clothing item made of plastic and cotton, which covers 40% of your torso, and which has no storage capacity. It is very bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will keep the areas it covers barely warm.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.
It FLOATATION, reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus).
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and plastic chunks.
