This is an extremely heavy clothing item made of kevlar and ceramic, which covers 85% of your torso, and which has a bit of storage capacity. It is extremely bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will provide some warmth to the areas it covers.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and high protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.
It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, is more resistant to damage.
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and kevlar plates.
