Netherworld attention is a disease that can be gained from artifacts. The passive version adds it for 3 turns per turn of wearing the artifact. The active version grants it for 600, 1200, or 1800 turns for each action taken.

While under this disease there is a chance each turn based on the remaining effect duration to spawn a random nether monster in four square radius (impassable tiles at the spawn location will be turned to rubble). A successful spawn decreases the duration of disease by 75%.
