This is a heavy clothing item made of steel, which covers 100% of no area in particular, and which has insane storage capacity. It is somewhat bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will not warm you at all.
It offers extremely high protection against bashing attacks and extremely high protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.
It dramatically reduces your chances of getting wet.
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and scrap metal.
