“ A clothing item ”
This is a heavy clothing item made of leather and steel, which covers 15% of no area in particular, and which has a bit of storage capacity. It is somewhat bulky, doesn't encumber you at all, and will not warm you at all.
It offers very low protection against bashing attacks and very low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.
