This is a very light clothing item made of plastic, which covers 95% of your eyes and mouth, and which has no storage capacity. It doesn't occupy too much space, encumbers you a bit, and will provide some warmth to the areas it covers.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.
It reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus).
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and plastic chunks.
