This is a heavy clothing item made of plastic, which covers 100% of your torso, arms and legs, and which has a bit of storage capacity. It is very bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will keep the areas it covers very warm. Its warmth can also protect you from getting wet.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering low protection from environmental hazards.
It can be made to fit the character's body via tailoring or mechanics, reduces the morale hit when getting wet (and can even transform it into morale bonus).
This clothing item can be repaired, fitted (if appropriate) and reinforced via the mechanics skill, by using a soldering iron and plastic chunks.
