This is a very heavy clothing item made of plastic, which covers 50% of your torso, and which has high storage capacity. It is bulky, encumbers you a bit, and will not warm you at all.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.
