This is a somewhat heavy clothing item made of leather and steel, which covers 15% of your torso, and which has a bit of storage capacity. It is somewhat bulky, doesn't encumber you at all, and will not warm you at all.
It offers low protection against bashing attacks and low protection against cutting ones (that includes bullets), while offering no protection from environmental hazards.
