The Repair Nanobots bionic allows the user to heal up for 5 power. It heals all body parts on 4 points at the same time, but it does not remove pain or cure diseases.
Having a large amount of power, the Ethanol Burner or the Internal Furnace bionic, and this bionic basically obsoletes first aid kits and bandages, so as long as you have a good supply of alcohol or something burnable. Be careful with drinking too much alcohol, as it will incur a penalty on your stats. Also, this bionic drains a large amount of power if you use it exclusively to fully heal yourself when nearing death, so carrying some medical equipment, and having high first aid skill is still a great backup plan for healing.
