Notes
A bionic which allows you to consume (E) plutonium cells to generate power. Each plutonium cell increases power generation, peaking at 16 per turn. When activated it cannot be switched off but the plutonium fuel can be expelled using the Plutonium Purger biotic at the cost of radiation exposure.
