Notes
A bionic which allows you to consume (E) plutonium cells to generate power. Each plutonium cell generates 5000 power over 1027 turns (102.7 minutes) peaking at 16 power per turn after 50 turns, with 540 total power generated, and starting to fall off after 114 turns with 1565 total power generated.
