Notes
A bionic which allows you to consume (E) plutonium cells to generate power. Each plutonium cell generates 5000 power over 1027 turns (102.7 minutes) peaking at 16 power per turn after 50 turns, with 540 total power generated, and starting to fall off after 115 turns with 1565 total power generated. When activated it cannot be switched off but the fuel can be ejected using the Plutonium Purger biotic at the cost of radiation exposure.
A full 5000 power generation will increase radiation level by 143 or 241.
Activate this biotic to toggle the ability to consume plutonium on/off.
