CBMs are installed by interacting with autodoc or non-player character with high medical skills. Installation has a low chance of genetic damage, blood loss, or damage to existing bionics based on intelligence, electronics, first aid, mechanics, and the MD profession.
This is an activated CBM, it costs 50 bionic power to activate, and can be viewed on the bionics menu (p). More details on bionics' JSON flags can be found here. Some bionics can also be disassembled (() to obtain burnt out bionics if you have a soldering iron (20) OR Integrated Toolset (20), 1 tool with screw driving quality of 1, and the electronics (7) and first aid (5) skill required.

- This bionic can be turned on, which might have an power cost.
- This gives the use of the following 'fake item' bio_blaster_gun when activated.
- This bionic counts as a gun.
- The generated weapon uses fusion blast ammunition, with the Fusion blaster weapon. Bow users might want to avoid installing this bionic as it will disable the user from using both arms, also it makes you unable to use both arms to carry an item that surpasses your max volume.
- This CBM is PERMANENT so you must be 100% sure you want or need it : "Removing your Fusion Blaster Arm would leave you with a useless stump!".
- There is an electronics:6, fabrication:4 recipe to turn this CBM into a Fusion Blaster Rifle. For any weaklings not willing to chop their own arm off.
