 A locust the size of a rabbit. You'd hate to think what a swarm of these could do. 

This creature is a squirrel sized insect. It's an incompetent fighter with extremely low hit points. It's slower than you, agile, has no armor against bashing weapons and no armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets). Its special ability allows it to leap away to an unobstructed tile, every 4 turns; nothing, every 120 turns.

It has extremely low morale and it's totally peaceful. Being a insect, it's afraid of being hurt, nearby fires, and can be angered by nearby monsters of the same type dying.

It can see, can hear noises, is able to smell characters, can produce chitin when butchered, can climb terrain and furniture, it is a larva and therefore more likely to explode in multiple pieces, stumbles around, and nothing else.

Being made of flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.

When it dies, nothing unusual happens.
