 The Northern bog lemming, a small, predominantly vegetarian rodent that spends its life in the murk of swamps and other wetlands. Contrary to popular belief, these creatures are not particularly hapless or suicidal, but they can eat themselves into scarcity within a few generations. 

This creature is a squirrel sized mammal. It's a competent fighter with extremely low hit points. It's a bit slower than you, quite clumsy, has no armor against bashing weapons and no armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets).

It has extremely low morale and it's peaceful. Being a mammal, it's afraid of being hurt, nearby fires, nearby monsters of the same type dying, and can be angered by nothing in particular. It's also afraid of loud noises, when the player gets within a few tiles.

It can see, is able to smell characters, can hear noises, is warm blooded (it appears in infrared), can swim, is considered an animal (it's affected by animal empathy), walks around some dangerous terrain and traps, and nothing else.

Being made of flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.

When it dies, nothing unusual happens.
