This creature is a human sized zombie. It's a competent fighter with moderate hit points. It's slower than you, clumsy, has moderate armor against bashing weapons and moderate armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets).
It has extremely high morale and it's totally aggressive. Being a zombie, it's afraid of nothing in particular, and can be angered by nothing in particular.
It can see, can hear noises, stumbles around, is warm blooded (it appears in infrared), can bash destroyable objects in its way (like doors), gets help from surrounding monsters when bashing objects, is poisonous to eat (produces tainted meat when butchered), its attacks can make you bleed, is immune to acid, doesn't breathe (it's not affected by smoke, toxic gases, drowning, etc), has a reduced vision range (20 tiles less than normal), resuscitates after a few hours (unless its corpse is either smashed to a pulp or butchered), and nothing else.
Being made of flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.
When it dies, it drops the clothing and gear it was wearing (unless it's a revived one).
Notes
Dies about standard for a normal zombie, unverified whether the various Nomex gear they wear actually has an effect on fireproofing them (but not a long shot to assume it does). Obviously, likely to drop a variety of firefighter themed loot. Noteworthy drops include the Firefighter_PBA_mask (with glare 2 protection for welding), Turnout_coat, Firefighter_helmet and other assorted firefighter themed gear. Often encumbering, but with good environmental protection. Won't make you completely fire-proof though, so don't play with matches!
