 A human body with pale blue flesh, crackling with electrical energy. 

This creature is a human sized ZOMBIE, HUMAN. It's a competent fighter with high hit points. It's a bit faster than you, quite clumsy, has no armor against bashing weapons and no armor against cutting ones (that includes bullets). Its special ability allows it to shoot bolts of electricity, every 25 turns.

It has extremely high morale and it's totally aggressive. Being a ZOMBIE, HUMAN, it's afraid of ZOMBIE, HUMAN, and can be angered by ZOMBIE, HUMAN.

It can see, can hear noises, is able to smell characters, stumbles around, is warm blooded (it appears in infrared), can bash destroyable objects in its way (like doors), gets help from surrounding monsters when bashing objects, is poisonous to eat (produces tainted meat when butchered), can shock you if you hit it with your bare fists, doesn't breathe (it's not affected by smoke, toxic gases, drowning, etc), resuscitates after a few hours (unless its corpse is either smashed to a pulp or butchered), can produce bones and sinews when butchered, can push creatures out of its way, and nothing else.

Being made of flesh, it's vulnerable to nothing in particular.

Will shock the attacker when hit, 100% of the time.
When it dies, nothing unusual happens.

Every 25 turns, a shocker zombie can shoot a stream of electricity at the player; it can paralyze you for a few turns, so be careful around groups. It's fast at 105 speed so if trying to avoid you'll likely have trouble simply running. Try to break its line of sight and find cover in close and rugged terrain, preferably a forest or a building with lots of furnishings.

Attacking a shocker in melee with any weapon will electrify you. As of 0.E (Ellison), you cannot hit a shocker with any melee weapon, wooden or not, without being shocked, so the only way to deal with these creatures without being shocked are with firearms, throwing weapons or explosives, if you don't have any ranged weapons, avoid these monsters and run if they see you.

Shockers produce a tiny amount of light and so are visible even in total darkness.
